Order Processing
Our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days for all items that are in stock. Most orders that clear payment authorization and are placed before 12h00 GMT will be processed the same day. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.K. holidays. Extra time may be required for larger orders, international orders and orders requiring additional customer information. Once submitted, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please note that if your order contains a pre-ordered or backordered item, your order will ship in two separate shipments. The first shipment will consist of products in stock and available for immediate delivery. The 2nd order will be sent when ALL pre-ordered/back-ordered products are in stock and available to ship. Please review notes on the product's description page regarding availability status


Shipping Methods & Costs
WWEShop.com Europe is able to ship merchandise throughout many countries in Europe. Depending on your delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. Each ship method has its own regulations and shipping rates.

Shipping costs for orders placed on WWEShop.com Europe are based on the cost of the total order. Your shipping total will be displayed during Checkout.

All estimated delivery times are calculated on the day an order leaves our warehouse. They are not based on the order date.


Shipping within Great Britain

Packages under 15 kg will be shipped via Royal Mail. (1 to 2 business days)

For shipments under 2 kg, your package will be sent via Royal Mail or DPD Classic Tracked. Standard shipping times are below:

To calculate the expected delivery time, please add the 24-48 hour dispatch time needed to pick, pack and dispatch your order.

As an example, for a UK under 2 kg being sent by Royal Mail ordered on a Thursday, the order would be dispatched on Friday/Monday and delivered within two business days from the dispatch date (the following Tuesday/Wednesday).
