Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Most purchases shipped from our warehouses will arrive within 4-5 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
DELIVERY SURCHARGES
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, heavy and may have limited availability, these items require special attention and a delivery processing surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges (see chart above).

* For standard delivery (5-7 business days), shipping and processing charges are free.
* For next day (1 business day), there is a charge of $8.50.
* Next day orders received by 9am PT Mon - Fri will arrive next business day; orders placed after 9am Fri - Sun PT will arrive on Tues.

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by UPS or USPS with an additional charge of $10. If you wish to ship via Parcel Post to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses, please call Customer Service at 1.888.779.5176.

For an extra charge of $26.00 per address we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations within the contiguous 48 states. If we receive your order by 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6 pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
