Standard shipping information
Standard Shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is correct and that alternate delivery address are on file with your bank or credit card company. The Time-In-Transit map estimates the number of business days required for you to receive your order, this map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations, which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
Express shipping information
Express orders placed by 1:00 PM Central, typically ship same day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Express orders placed after 1:00 PM Central on a Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday business day. Order placed using Next Day Shipping that are shipped on a Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday, unless you select Next Day Saturday Shipping. Weekends, Holidays and the day of delivery do not count towards the delivery time. We suggest using Two Day Shipping to locations in Hawaii & Alaska. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations, which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
Please consult the shipping table below for expected costs and time in transit estimates. Please note that Next Day Shipping to residential addresses are not guaranteed and we do not issue refunds for orders sent using Next Day Shipping to a residential address if the delivery date is not met.
United states postal service
If the destination address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO, we will ship your order via USPS since UPS is unable to deliver to those destinations. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. Items delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Final delivery for APO/FPO destinations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services. Not all items can be shipped via USPS. Some items that are shipped via USPS may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If necessary, HockeyMonkey.com will contact you before the order is processed.
International shipping
HockeyMonkey.com is happy to ship orders to foreign destinations but please keep in mind that due to the restrictions set forth by some manufacturers, we are unable to ship Bauer and some other items to destinations outside of the United States. This restriction also prohibits the use of parcel forwarding services to destinations outside of the United States. For shipments to Switzerland, please call customer service at (214) 383 8895.
Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not HockeyMonkey.com. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts" or otherwise. Orders to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via United States Postal Service.
General shipping information
Order Pick-Ups: Orders leaving HockeyMonkey.com are picked up Monday through Fridays only. Typically, orders placed by 1:00 PM Central will ship same day provided that all items are in stock and the shipping and billing information has been verified.
Address Changes: Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; we are unable to change the address of your order once it passes through our verification stage.
